If you engage the employment of a candidate put forward to you by Professional Career Consultants, this will be deemed to be acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Should you (the client) employ an applicant referred to you by Professional Career Consultants within 12 months of the date of first introduction or, should the client introduce the applicant to any other body or person who employs the applicant within 12 months, then the client will be liable for the full fee due to Professional Career Consultants for successful placement.
Should the client decide to offer permanent employment to a candidate from the Professional Career Consultants' temporary division, then, in addition to any monies outstanding as a result of such temporary employment, the permanent fee applicable becomes payable.
The responsibility for final selection of a candidate put forward rests with the client. Professional Career Consultants does not accept any responsibility of any nature whatsoever, no matter how it may arise, for the fidelity of employees introduced by us, or for any damages however arising out of any action of our candidates.
